Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, should you change your mind after the purchase. Faulty products must be returned to store within their provided warranty period in order for us to replace or refund in full once verified faulty by our store team.

All of our products include at least 06 months’ warranty from date of purchase (excluding consumables), should the product develop a fault within the warranty period we will aim to first repair or replace the product.

If we are unable to repair or provide a like for like or better replacement, then you will be entitled to a full refund either to the original payment method (within the first six months) or the original value in store credit.
