ONLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BETWEEN CLOUD PC AND LAPTOPS AND CONSUMERS

All sales are subject to the following trading terms – these terms and conditions do not affect the consumers’ statutory rights.

No goods purchased by a third party/customer, under “trade terms” i.e. with the express intention, or reasonable expectation that the goods are for resale, hire or promotional use, purchased in any quantity, will be accepted for return, unless faulty and within declared warranty period, or damaged and reported within 1 business day of delivery.

We guarantee that the equipment that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to ensure that all information provided is as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors in our advertising or on our website.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by the company.

All prices quoted are in £ sterling (GBP).

Title of the goods remains with Cloud Pc and Laptops until payment has been made in full.

Delivery prices are quoted for UK mainland addresses only – certain areas of the Highlands and Northern Scotland may attract a surcharge. For delivery other than mainland UK please contact us for a quote.

We will give you an estimated date of despatch for your order. If these dates cannot be met for whatever reason we will try to keep you informed of any delays and when you can expect delivery. Whilst we make every effort to keep to stated delivery times, we cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred as a result of a failure to meet estimated delivery dates and times.

Any shortages or damage to your delivery must be advised to the company within 24 hours of delivery. Provided that this notice is given, we will collect, replace, repair or refund the equipment free of charge.

All goods are offered subject to stocks and availability. If for any reason they are no longer available we will try to offer an alternative product, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the contract and offer a refund.

DISCREPANCY

Any delivery discrepancy must be notified to the Seller within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Goods delivered damaged should be signed for accordingly and the Seller notified in writing within 24 hours. Please retain all damaged goods and packaging. Invoice queries must be notified within 14 days of invoice.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under The Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel a contract within 14 calendar days – starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a “cooling off” period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty. You only have the right to inspect the goods to the same level you would in a retail premises. This ‘cooling off’ period does not allow for goods to be tested, opened, built or set up.

If you wish to cancel a contract, please write to us or e-mail clearly stating your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions. To cancel the contract, you must give us notice within fourteen working days starting from the day after you take delivery of the order.

Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to the address below – we would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items and an insured courier service for larger items. Please mark all parcels clearly with your returns number, and that they are well packed/protected we will NOT be held liable for any damage not reported for it is sent back. Any such damage may mean we are unable to refund the goods in full or part.

Any new, sealed items or articles such as in-ear headphones, health & beauty/wellbeing products will not be accepted if open/seals broken for return unless faulty.

If it is more convenient, we can arrange collection by our couriers; any costs between £15 to £20 incurred will be deducted from your final refund.

We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods, and any adjustments should the returned items not be in the same condition as supplied, within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

These terms and conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the consumer. We meet our obligations under the current consumer regulation in force including:
